Extracting file content

This section explains how to extract the content of files in a project. However, you can also extract the content of files in a WorkSpace if you have the extract permission or are a tenant administrator.
  1. On the Home screen, select a project that you are a member of.

    The project page is displayed. By default, the Summary tab is selected.

  2. On the navigation bar, click Files.
    The list of files in the project appears.
  3. Click the menu icon next to the file you want to extract.

    The available action icons appear.

  4. Click the (Extract Content) icon.

    The unprotected file is saved to your default Download folder.
